Vilanova i la Geltrú -
Andorra (Vallnord / sector Pal)
Wednesday September 8th
208,0 kms.

We shall be taking on the longest stage of La Vuelta, totaling 208 kilometers. From the starting line in Vilanova i la Geltrú, a new locality on La Vuelta, the road will be an upward climb to the finish line in Pal.

Once again, the Principality of Andorra is hosting one of La Vuelta’s summit finish lines. The last time was in 2008, when Alessandro Ballan came in first at the finish line in La Rabassa. Days later, Ballan once again showed his skill by becoming world champion.
